About Erin Lum

For over 15 years, Erin has served as a trusted advisor to attorneys seeking new careers as well as law firm and in-house clients looking to build their teams with top quality talent. Erin's focus is always on building long-term, transparent relationships, and dedicating herself fully to both clients and candidates throughout the search process.

​Prior to Erin's recruiting career, she practiced as a Bankruptcy & Restructuring attorney in New York at both Ropes & Gray LLP and Kelley Drye & Warren LLP and was also a Managing Director on the high-yield trading desk at Bear Stearns & Co. in New York.​

Erin graduated with her J.D., magna cum laude, from University of Hawaii School of Law, and earned her B.A., cum laude, from University of Notre Dame.

Erin grew up competing in the sport of Judo and was a member of Guam's Olympic Team at the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona.  She also spent many years competing in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and was named “Beast of the East” at the 2007 Grappler’s Quest tournament. She continues to love sport and has completed a marathon and three triathlons and participates in a lot of basketball, baseball, football, ping pong and impromptu jiu jitsu matches with her kids.
